When you place an order with Aseyori Market, you agree to these terms and conditions whether you place the order by phone or on our website. Our computerized inventory and shopping cart system make these sites your One Stop Shop for African crafts. We utilize a secure processing site for safe, protected online transactions. Our shopping cart system allows you to browse through our site and place items that interest you into your "shopping cart". Kindly feel free to use it!! It's user friendly, you can always change your order quantities and delete products when you go to check out.
 

Order Confirmation:You should receive an electronic receipt upon check out, please print and save it. You will also receive an e-mail confirming your purchase. These serve as a confirmation of your order. If any items are unavailable, we will notify you via e-mail. You will not be contacted after your order is placed unless there is a problem.
 

In Stock Items:All orders placed for IN STOCK merchandise will be shipped within 3 to 5 days via UPS ground. If any item you order is out of stock you will be notified within 1-2 days. Due to the high demand for our products, occasionally an item that is listed as IN STOCK may actually be sold out. In that event, your order will be shipped as complete as possible, as mentioned; you will be notified if any items are not available.
 

Payment:We accept all credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through Paypal. You do not need an account with Paypal to use this feature. However, you will find that it accommodates your shopping convenience. You will be billed for only the items we ship. You may cancel your order anytime prior to shipping.
 

Shipping: As a curtesy to our customers there are NO Shipping Fees (with the possible exception on products from featured artists). Products are shipped by UPS ground shipping. We ship between 5-7 business days of your purchase order. Due to the fact that various items ship from different areas you may be receiving your order in different packages. Therefore, if you purchase items from both Kenya and Ghana, for example, though you have placed one order you may receive more than one package. We will provide notification of expected package(s) at the time of shipment. 
 

Returns:For return items; such as damage, kindly notify us within 10 days of making your order. The carrier must inspect the issue before a claim can be filed.  All returns must be authorized before shipping back to us.  You will be refunded fully or sent a replacement if available, for any damaged product.
